For products placed on the EU market, we review Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, applicable restrictions, the Responsible Person, safety documentation, CPNP and labelling for the target country.

For manufacturers outside the EU, we also clarify the importer, contractual responsibilities, document transfer and practical steps before the first shipment.
