Submitting a form or email does not create a contractual relationship. Services, deliverables, timing, fees, responsibilities and confidentiality are confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement.

We seek to keep content accurate, but legislation, guidance and interpretation can change. The article date and source should be checked before a business decision.
